Just because February 14th is about romance does not mean that it just has to be a day for couples. There are many people who will look out for gifts for their children or friends to show how much they love them. When it comes to children, you may struggle on valentine gifts. You will want to stick to the idea of love but your children will not necessarily appreciate diamond necklaces and bouquets of flowers.
However, there are some great ideas for valentine gifts out there and a lot of them are homemade ones. You could make some cupcakes or a cake that your children love to eat, or some cookies. You could also put together a scrap book of their childhood years, if they are getting older.
You may be struggling to find a gift from your children to a parent, but arts and crafts are a great option. You could ask your children to make a card that is for mommy or daddy and it will be more appreciated than any gift.
